I love going to Starbucks. Back before I had kids, I went there every single day on my way to work. After I had kids, I went a little bit less, but still often. It became my little break, my self care, my me-time. With three kids, it’s a lot more expensive now that I’m buying something for all of us. That’s why I started learning how to make my favorite drinks at home. Then, I started sharing those recipes here on the blog and you loved them as much as I do.
The most popular post on the blog so far has been the one with 11 Starbucks Drinks You Can Make At Home. Since I posted that round-up, I’ve shared even more delicious coffee recipes you can recreate that taste very similar to the ones you might buy at Starbucks. I still love going to Starbucks, and I’m sure you do too, but sometimes it’s also nice to make your favorite drink in the comfort of your own home.
Today, I’m sharing even more coffee drinks that are inspired by drinks at Starbucks. Even better, some of these are seasonal at Starbucks, but they don’t have to be seasonal in your kitchen. While I tend to use cold brew as a base, you can easily swap out the cold brew for 2 espresso shots + 3/4 cup milk of choice to make any of these a latte. Let’s check them out!
10 More Starbucks Drinks To Make At Home:
1. Cinnamon Caramel Cream Cold Brew:
One of my favorite new drinks that Starbucks has released in the Cinnamon Caramel Cream Cold Brew. While they originally made it with Nitro cold brew, you can ask for regular cold brew (which I do), and you can even make your own at home when you can’t get to a Starbys.
Cinnamon Caramel Cream Cold Brew Ingredients:
Seriously, 5 ingredients (plus ice) is all it takes to make this addicting coffee drink you’ll love.
- Cold Brew: I used my favorite Stok cold brew and I bet that just about any cold brew or iced coffee is going to work perfectly for this. I have not tried it with hot coffee yet. I actually did a taste test with a bunch of popular store bought cold brews to find the best tasting, smoothest cold brew, and you can read that full review here.
- Monin Cinnamon Bun Syrup: I’ve been wanting to try the Monin Cinnamon Bun. I usually. make my own homemade cinnamon syrup, and that will certainly work here, as well as any cinnamon syrup that you have. Because you’re adding this to cold coffee and ice, you don’t want to use just cinnamon, because it won’t dissolve. So, if you don’t have a cinnamon syrup, make one in 10 minutes using this recipe here.
- Monin Caramel Syrup: I would use the caramel syrup, instead of sauce, option for this one. The sauce is not going to dissolve into the cold drink, which makes the caramel syrup a better option.
- Heavy Whipping Cream: Just plain heavy whipping cream is used for the sweet cream cold foam.
- Milk of choice: You’ll also need a couple tablespoons of your milk of choice. I use oat milk here.
- Ice: I used a cup of ice here.
Optional: Toppings like caramel drizzle, or a cinnamon sugar mixture, like Cinnadust.
That’s it for ingredients. For tools, it’s a hand mixer only. I looooooove this little single hand mixer for my coffee drinks. It fits perfectly in my little glass carafe. It saves me from getting out the big mixer and having more to clean.

- Enjoy!
Easily one of my favorite drinks. It’s like the cinnamon dolce latte and caramel latte had a baby. So good. Click here to see the full post and recipe about this drink.
2. Salted Caramel Cold Brew:
I recently got my first salted caramel sauce and I’m obsessed. I don’t know why I waited so long to try this! It gives the most delicious taste to iced coffee drinks. Starbucks and Dutch Bros have been making salted caramel and salted mocha drinks for years, but I never tried them because I didn’t think I’d like a salty coffee drink. Finally, I caved and tried the Starbucks salted caramel cream cold brew version. It was a little too salted for my preference, but I liked the flavor profile and I knew I could make it even better at home.
Salted Caramel Cold Brew Ingredients:
Here’s what you’ll need to make one at home. I’m including some variations as well to give you options.
- Cold Brew – Personally, I always keep Stok Cold Brew around in the fridge. It’s the best tasting cold brew IMO. You can also use iced coffee here. Or, you can sub for 2 shots of espresso and 1/2 cup of water, to create the flavor of iced coffee, or you can use 2 espresso shots and 1/2 cup milk of choice for a latte base.
- Salted Caramel Sauce – The star of the show, no doubt! I bought mine from Kyya Chocolate. They make small batch syrups and sauces and ship them fresh. They are so good! This one tastes perfect. Just the right amount of caramel to salt. Get 10% off your order with my code: WHATTHEFROTHKYYA10.
- Heavy Cream – You’ll need this for the cold foam.
- Milk of choice – You’ll need this for your cold foam as well.
- Cinnamon Syrup – I love the Monin Cinnamon Bun, but I’ve also made cinnamon syrup at home and it’s super delicious. I shared the recipe here on the blog. It’s the best. You can sub this out for whatever flavor you want. You can use vanilla, more salted caramel sauce, or any flavor you like.
- Alternatives – If you don’t want to make a cold foam, you can also add the cinnamon syrup to your favorite milk of choice and add that to the cold brew to create a creamy and delicious drink. You’ll need about 1/4 cup milk to get a similar creaminess to the cold foam.
For tools, if you make the cold foam, you’ll need the hand frother. I love this one. It’s the best one I’ve tried.
How To Make:
Here’s the step by step to how to put this delicious drink together:
- Add 2 tbsp. salted caramel to a glass
- Add 1 cup cold brew or whatever you’re using for coffee
- Use the hand frother to combine
- Add one cup of ice
- Add 4 tbsp. heavy cream, 2 tbsp. milk of choice and 1 tbsp. syrup to a separate glass and froth to soft set
- Pour over
- Add toppings if you like
- Enjoy!
Easy and delicious. To see the full post and recipe of this drink, click here.
3. Pumpkin Cream Iced Coffee:
Alright, I’m just going to say it: pumpkin coffee drinks are not usually my favorite. There. I know. It’s practically sacrilegious to admit this out loud. That being said, this one is to die for. It’s so good, you guys. I really even surprised myself with this one.
It’s shaken espresso, which is my go-to lately, but you can easily swap this out for cold brew or just a latte base if you want. Then, there’s plenty of vanilla in there and it’s topped with a delicious pumpkin pie flavored cold foam that is so good I would eat it with a spoon (and I might have…shhhh!).
The whole combo takes just a few minutes to throw together and it’s a pumpkin pie flavored drink that will have you giddy for things like leaves changing color, cooler temps, cardigans and the holidays.
Pumpkin Cream Iced Coffee Ingredients:
This drink has a few different parts, so here’s what you’ll need to make it:
- Espresso Shots: I used a double espresso Nespresso pod. You can use any espresso or even make shots with instant espresso. You can swap this out for cold brew, too, but then it won’t have the shaken, frothy texture. I use my Nespresso Vertuoline machine to make espresso and it makes it so easy. Swap this out for one cup of cold brew coffee to make it a pumpkin cream cold brew.
- Torani Pumpkin Pie Sauce: I used about 1 tbsp of sauce in the sweet cream mixture and it’s delicious.
- Milk of Choice: Lately, I’ve been all about the Califia Farms Barista Blend Oat Milk. It froths so well and is really creamy. But, use whatever works for you here. If you don’t make a request at Starbucks, they traditionally use 2% milk. If you like the way their coffees taste, you can use that as your milk. Do not use milk if you’re using cold brew coffee.
- Heavy Cream: You’ll need heavy cream with your milk of choice to make your sweet cream. You can swap this out if needed, but the sweet cream won’t get the same texture as the sweet cream cold foam used at Starbucks.
- Vanilla Syrup: I used my own recipe for vanilla simple syrup here, but you can also use a store bought version. I’ve tried several different brands and they’re all good. This will go in the coffee and the sweet cream.
- Ice: Yaaaaasss. Ice, ice, baby. I do not brew the coffee over ice, because it melts it and waters it down too much. I brew my espresso into an espresso cup, so that it cools a bit before adding it to the sauces to melt them. By the time you are adding the ice, it’s cooled enough where it won’t melt the ice as quickly.
Alright, now that you’re ready to go, let’s get this party started. Also, affiliate links are used above, which means at no cost to you, I may receive a commission if you make a purchase through my links. Cheers!

4. Sugar Cookie Latte:
Sometimes I’m a slow adopter to new things, such as the sugar cookie coffee drink fad. But, once I tried it, I was converted. Give me all the sugar cookie drink! I even picked up my own sugar cookie syrup to make them at home, that’s how often I want sugar cookie drinks.
So, today I’m going to share a shockingly simple, but totally delicious sugar cooke cold brew that takes minutes to make. There are plenty of ways to customize this, and I’ll be sharing several options with you.
Let’s make some sugar cookie drinks!
Sugar Cookie Cold Brew Ingredients:
You don’t need much to make this, but it depends on which version you’re going to make. Here’s what I used:
- Sugar Cookie Syrup – The star of the show, no doubt. I used Kyya Chocolate’s syrup, but there are other things you can use. Get 10% off with my code: WHATTHEFROTHKYYA10. I’ve also heard that Torani’s Cupcake Syrup is what Dutch Bros uses. Also, you can make your own sugar cookie syrup with a handful of ingredients. Check out this homemade sugar cookie syrup here.
- Cold Brew Coffee – I prefer Stok. I buy several bottles a week. It’s the best cold brew I’ve tried. You can also make your own cold brew with ground cofffee and water soaked overnight. Or, you can use iced coffee. If you prefer the taste of a latte, then you’ll want to use 2 espresso shots and about 3/4 cup of your milk of choice. Milk and espresso is how lattes are made.
- Heavy Cream – If you like creamier coffee- the color of the photo right above this, then add 2 tablespoons of heavy cream to your cold brew and stir. You can use milk alternatives here as well. You can also leave this out. I’m sharing pictures with and without it so you can see the difference in the color.
- Whipped Cream – It’s not necessary, but highly encouraged. Who doesn’t love whip cream?
- Toppings – I used fun sprinkles, because it just reminded me of sugar cookies. Use whatever speaks to you.
That’s it! You don’t need any fancy tools if you’re using cold brew, which makes it even easier and almost no cleanup. To see the full recipe and post, click here.
How To Make: Sugar Cookie Cold Brew
I shared a video on Instagram to walk you through this easy recipe. I don’t add the heavy cream in this video, but it’s so easy to add before you do whipped cream.

5. Eggnog Cold Foam Cold Brew:
I know I’m late the eggnog party, but now that I’m here, I’m hanging out for awhile. Eggnog cold foam is so easy to make and absolutely delicious. It tastes like a hug in a mug. Cozy winter flavors mixed with cold brew. And, with eggnog flavored syrup, it means I don’t have to stock eggnog in my house and drink it before it goes bad.
Of course, you can also make an eggnog latte with actual eggnog, and that recipe is coming soon, too.
In the meantime, get ready for a warm, flavorful cold brew drink you’ll be drinking long after the holidays are over.
Eggnog Cold Foam Cold Brew Ingredients:
I’ll share what I used, as well as some alternatives for hot coffee and lattes. I used cold brew to make this quick, easy, and tasty.
- Cold Brew Coffee – I used Stok cold brew, per usual. It’s my favorite. To make a hot coffee version, swap this out for one cup of hot coffee, any kind you like, including pod coffees like Nespresso or Keurig. You can also swap this out for 2 espresso shots and one cup of milk to make a latte version. Iced or hot.
- Eggnog Sauce – I used Kyya Eggnog Sauce because its what I had. Get 10% off everything on Kyya’s site with my code: WHATTHEFROTHKYYA10. Or, I’ve seen recipes to make your own, but I don’t have one on the site yet.
- Gingersnap Syrup – I used Kyya Chocolate Gingersnap in the cold brew because its what I had. I also have the Torani Gingerbread syrup and that’s delicious. I think a simple brown sugar syrup or a brown sugar cinnamon sauce with the cold brew would be delicious as well.
- Milk of Choice -You won’t need much for the cold foam. But, coconut and almond will change the flavor slightly. Oatmilk and regular milk will blend in really nicely. I’ve used protein milks too and they work fine.
- Heavy Cream – If you’re off dairy, I’ve seen people use a blend of soy and oatmilk to create cold foam, but I don’t have exact amounts for you on how to do that.
- Ice – Seems silly, but I’ve started making a drink many times only to disover we are out of ice. Annoying.
Tools:
You won’t need much to make this if it’s iced. A hand frother for the cold foam, I love this one, or a milk frother like the Nespresso Aeroccino, which is also great. Makes cold and hot foam so easily.
Eggnog Cold Foam Cold Brew: How To Make
This whips up in just minutes. It’s that easy. Faster than you can get in your car and get to the drive through, you can be sipping on this drink. I shared a video on Instagram of how to make it and I’ll walk you through the steps here, too.
- Add 1-2 tbsp. syrup to glass, this is for the cold brew. I used gingersnap. You can use brown sugar syrup, cinnamon syrup or even a vanilla here to sweeten the cold brew if you want.
- Add one cup ice
- Add one cup cold brew
- In a separate glass, add 4 tbsp. heavy cream, 2 tbsp. milk of choice, and 1 tbsp. eggnog sauce.
- Froth with frother until soft set
- Pour over the coffee
- Top with cinnamon sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, or whatever you like.
- Enjoy!
It’s really that easy. I love how simple these drinks. Once you start making your own, you’ll be obsessed with making your favorite drinks exactly how you like them. To read the full post, click here.
6. Iced Gingerbread Cold Brew with Gingerbread Cold Foam:
I love the holidays, but boy does that to-do list seem to grow every year! I’ve been picking up more coffees than usual while I’m running around and I’ve become totally obsessed with the gingerbread iced coffee and gingerbread chai at Starbucks. So, when I happened to find a big bottle of gingerbread syrup, I grabbed it! A little gift to me to get through this jam-packed season.
Let’s check out this super easy gingerbread cold brew with gingerbread cold foam recipe that you can whip it in just a couple minutes and for a fraction of the price of the drive-throughs. Its sort of a hybrid between two different Starbucks drinks and it’s so good!
Iced Gingerbread Coffee with Gingerbread Cold Foam:
Here’s what you’ll need to make this coffee. I kept it as easy as possible with storebought cold brew, too.
- Gingerbread Syrup – Easily the star of the show here. I know you can make your own, but again, I do not have the time right now. Finding this tasty, ready to use, gingerbread syrup was a little gift I gave myself this holiday season.
- Cold Brew – Again, I always stock Stok Cold Brew. I average 4 of them a week. I use them year-round. They are the absolute best and I’ve done the taste test to prove it!
- Heavy Cream – For the cold foam. I know there are dairy free recipes out there. I am very dairy light in my diet, but I do use a splash of heavy cream here for the cold foam. It gives it that pillowy, velvety texture.
- Milk of Choice – Can be non-dairy here. Regular milk is fine. Oatmilk is great. Almond milk and coconut milk will change the flavor slightly.
- Ice – Make sure you’ve got a cup of ice. I always check ice first because I’ve been in the middle of a coffee so many times only to discover we are out of ice! Argh! If you’re treating yourself to a nugget ice maker this Christmas, check out this post with the very best ones.
- Toppings – I used this easy Cinnadust, which is a cinnamon sugar blend. There are a lot of toppings that would work great here, though.
Tools:
I use my favorite milk frother to whip up the cold foam. It’s the absolute best one I’ve tried and it looks nice enough to leave out on the counter!

7. Iced Pecan Latte:
Starbucks recently released the Iced Pecan Latte. They use their non-dairy cold foam on top and sprinkle it with a delicious topping that tastes like little bits of candied pecans. Something about the drink reminded me of the super popular Dunkin Donuts Butter Pecan Swirl, that I wrote about years ago.
I’ve been making butter pecan flavored coffees ever since I wanted to recreate the Dunkin drink at home. So, when I took a few sips of the new Starbucks drink, I immediately knew what to do.
It was a lot of fun making my own version of the Starbucks drink. I only needed two syrups – butter pecan and vanilla, and while I didn’t make my cold foam dairy free (they use a combination of coconut and soy milks, which I don’t keep on hand), it had a very similar flavor profile. I was even able to mimic the topping by crushing up some candied pecans. #delicious
So, keep reading if you want to make a similar version of this drink at home. It’s easier than you might think!
Iced Pecan Latte: Ingredients
Gather what you need so you’re ready to go!
- Coffee – I used about one cup of cold brew here to make it faster. You can create a latte by using 2 shots of espresso with 1/2 to 3/4 cup of your milk of choice. 1/2 will make it stronger and 3/4 will make it less strong.
- Butter Pecan Syrup – No doubt, this is the star of the show. I used two tablespoons in the coffee. I’ve had this syrup a long time. It has a delicious buttery flavor. Fans of toffee nut will also really like this one.
- Vanilla Syrup – You’ll need one tablespoon for the cold foam. You can make your own easily with just three ingredients using the recipe I share here on the blog. The flavor is amazing. Or, buy any version that you like. I’ve tried a lot of brands and they all taste pretty similar.
- Milk of Choice – You’ll need two tablespoons for the cold foam. Make sure you have more if you’re doing a latte versus a cold brew.
- Heavy Cream – You’ll need four tablespoons for the cold foam. This combo, with the milk, get’s that perfect pillowy texture for cold foam. If you want to make a non-dairy version like Starbucks, they use coconut milk and soy milk.
- Candied Pecans – I put a few of these in a ziploc and just smashed them with the back of a tablespoon into little bits and sprinkled them on top. Delicious. I’ve actually never bought candied pecans before and I started eating them right out of the bag. Very good.
- Ice – Seems obvious, but do you know how many times I’ve started making a coffee only to realize my ice maker was empty? Too many times, friends. Make sure you have a cup of ice.
As for tools, you’ll only need a milk frother if you’re using cold brew coffee. I use this frother and it’s the best one I’ve ever used.
If you are making espresso shots, then you’ll need either a Nespresso machine or an espresso machine to pull those shots.
*affiliate links are used here for products I bought and recommend. If you choose to make a purchase through my links, I may receive a commission at no cost to you. Cheers!
How To Make the Iced Pecan Latte:
I shared a video on my Instagram that walks you through it. I ended up pouring too much of the cold foam and had to clean it up, lol. It was still very tasty though, so alls well that ends well. Scroll down for the step by step.

8. White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew:
I had this amazing epiphany the other day. I was craving the Starbucks White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew and trying to think of reasonable ways to go get one, when it occurred to me that I actually might have everything I need to make it at happen.
So, to make sure, I asked my brother who is a trainer at Starbucks and sure enough – the ingredient list was easier and shorter than I thought. I even had an old Starbucks cup I could use to get the measurements just right.
And, I’m here to tell you friends, it doesn’t suck to recreate your faves at home. Because you can control exactly how sweet you want, how much ice you want, how much cream you want. If you love this Starbucks drink, then try this recipe at home and make sure to let me know how much you love it.
Starbucks White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew Ingredients:
Here’s what I used to recreate this drink at home.
- Cold Brew – You will get the closest to the actual drink by using Starbucks ready made cold brew, which you can buy at most stores now. The unsweetened cold brew will be the best bet. I had Stok on hand, so that’s what I used.
- White Chocolate Sauce – I had KYYA brand, which is made in small batches and shipped fresh. It has a lovely flavor and texture that works amazing with drinks. You can use any white chocolate sauce for similar results. Get 10% off their already affordable syrups and sauces with my code: WHATTHEFROTHKYYA10
- Macadamia Nut Syrup – I actually had this already! My recent KYYA shipment had this syrup and I was ecstatic. It has a really delicious, but concentrate flavor, so make sure to follow my amounts below for your first try. After that, you can add more or less depending on preferences, but this has a stronger flavor than something like a vanilla syrup.
- Heavy Cream – for your cold foam
- Milk of choice – won’t need much, pretty much anything works here
- Ice – Ice, ice, baby
As for tools, you’ll just need a hand frother or milk frother of some kind and you’re in business. Now that you’ve got what you need, let’s do this:
*Affiliate links used here for brands I use and love. If you make a purchase through my link, I may receive a commission at no cost to you. Cheers!
How To Make Starbucks White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew:

- Add one cup of cold brew
- Add one cup of ice
- In a separate glass, add 4 tbsp. heavy cream, 2 tbsp. milk of choice, and 1 tbsp. white chocolate sauce and 1/2 tbsp. macadamia nut syrup and froth
- Froth for about 20 seconds until soft set
- Pour over
- You can top with toppings if you like, but I like it without.
That’s it, folks. Easy peasy, and it tastes so much like the original – if not better. I’m not kidding. I’ve made it two days in a row already and will probably make it again tomorrow. To read the full blog post and recipe, click here.
9. Iced Caramel Macchiato with Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam:
I have always loved the Starbucks Caramel Macchiato, and I’ve ordered them for years. Of course, the Starbucks version of the macchiato is different than the classic drink, but I happen to like this version more because it’s sweeter and less bitter.
If you’re a fan of this vanilla and caramel infused coffee drink, you may be surprised to learn how easy it is to make at home with just a few ingredients. And, I jazzed mine up this time with some sweet cream cold foam, too. I’ve done this with different flavors other than vanilla as well. Cinnamon, for example, is another delicious combo with the flavors of the caramel macchiato.
So, if you’re looking to make a Starbucks copycat caramel macchiato at home, this is the post for you. Lets get started:
Starbucks Caramel Macchiato Copycat: Ingredients
You’ll only need four ingredients to make the main drink and five if you want to add the sweet cream cold foam, and I bet you have most of them at home already. Of course, I’m not counting ice, but you’ll need that, too. Feel free to substitute some of these for what you do have and it’ll still taste delicious.
- Espresso Shots: I used one of my favorite Nespresso double espresso pods for this, which creates two shots. A double shot is what I put in a medium or grande size, so that’s two pods per drink. For some Starbucks drinks, they’ll use 3 shots in a grande, but that’s too strong for me using these Nespresso pods. I use my Nespresso Vertuoline machine to make espresso and it makes it so easy. You can swap this out for strongly brewed coffee, traditionally brewed espresso shots, strong instant coffee, you name it. Make it work. You may need to adjust the milk depending on how strong your coffee is, though.
- Vanilla Syrup: I used my homemade recipe for this and it’s my favorite. But, you can use any vanilla syrup that you have on hand.
I’ve also used protein milks, such as Ripple, and those add a little healthy kick.
- Heavy Cream: If you’re making the sweet cream cold foam, you’ll also need heavy cream. You cannot substitute this ingredient, or the cold foam won’t set up at the right consistency. It’s not very much, though, so if you’re not too sensitive to dairy, it should be okay. I usually do not eat dairy, but I can handle a little heavy cream in my drinks.
- Caramel Sauce: You want the sauce and not the syrup here for that drizzle consistency. You can also line your cup with caramel sauce for added sweetness. I have been loving this caramel sauce lately, it has a cleaner ingredient list than most of the storebought brands.
That’s it! Now that you have everything out, let’s get started!
How To Make a Starbucks Caramel Macchiato:
The Starbucks cups make it so easy to get the ingredients just right. You can save your cup and wash it out and reuse it, just don’t put it in the dishwasher. I’ll also share the measurements below this video so you can make it without watching the video. In this video, I used vanilla in the drink and cinnamon bun syrup in the cold foam, so you can mix it up, too.
View this post on Instagram
- Add 2 tbsp. vanilla syrup
- Add 3/4 cup milk of choice
- Add 2 shots of espresso, stir or not
- Add 1 cup ice
- Add caramel drizzle to the top or add sweet cream first
- Mix 4 tbsp. heavy cream, 2 tbsp. milk, 1 tbsp. vanilla syrup or syrup flavor of your choice and froth until soft set, like melted whip cream
- Pour over coffee and then drizzle with caramel sauce
- Enjoy!

10. Strawberry Cold Foam Iced Coffee:
Last year, Starbucks released a Love Bug Cold Brew that used a strawberry flavored sweet cream cold foam on top of a cold brew sweetened with vanilla. The combination was surprisingly delicious – especially since I shy away from fruit and coffee pairings usually.
So, when I recently ordered some new Monin syrups and saw their strawberry rose syrup, I immediately put it in my cart and knew what I was going to make with it.
Whipping up a batch of strawberry rose cold foam was so much easier than I thought and paired with an iced espresso sweetened just with my homemade vanilla syrup finished it perfectly. If you’re looking for a festive, sweet, delicious Valentine’s Day treat, keep reading to get all the details.
Strawberry Cold Foam Iced Coffee Ingredients:
You only need two syrups, your espresso and milk of choice, and ice if you like it iced to make this at home. Toppings are optional, but I used Valentine’s Day heart sprinkles that are so cute. You can make this hot, too, just don’t use ice and heat the milk using a milk frother.
- Espresso Shots: I used two of my favorite Starbucks blonde roast espresso pods. Each makes one espresso shot. This set from Amazon is the best deal I’ve found. A double shot is what I put in a medium or grande size, so that’s two pods per drink. I use my Nespresso Vertuoline machine to make espresso and it makes it so easy. You can also use cold brew for this and if you do, skip the milk in the coffee and just add about 1 cup or more of cold brew to a glass.
- Monin Strawberry Rose Syrup: I recently ordered this from Monin and it’s very good. Note: you can taste the floral rose in this, so if that’s not for you, just grab a plain strawberry syrup this one.
- Vanilla Syrup: You can buy one or make one. If you make one at home, here’s my easy recipe. Making vanilla syrup is really easy and just takes three ingredients.
I’ve also used protein milks, such as Ripple, and those add a little healthy kick.
Tools For Making Your Coffee:
Here’s the tools I used in my video to make this and many of my coffees! I buy all of these with my own money and only share what I really use. These are affiliate links, which means at no cost to you, I may receive a commission if you shop through my links. Cheers!
- Nespresso Vertuoline Machine
- Nespresso Starbucks Blonde Roast Pods
- Milk Frother
- Milk Frother small pitcher
- Shot glass for espresso
- 16oz. glasses
- Valentine’s Day sprinkles
Put Your Strawberry Cold Foam Iced Coffee Togther:
Now that you’ve got all of your ingredients, let’s put your new favorite drink together!
- Start by brewing two shots of espresso and set it aside to cool. Or use cold brew, about a cup.
- Add ice to a glass.
- Add 2 tbsp. vanilla syrup (more or less based on sweetness preference)
- Add 3/4 milk of choice (more or less to adjust the strength of the coffee flavor). Don’t add milk if you’re using cold brew coffee.
In a separate glass or milk pitcher, make the cold foam:
- Add 4tbsp. heavy cream
- Add 2tbsp. milk of choice
- Add 1-2tbsp. strawberry syrup based on how concentrated the syrup is.
- Froth with a hand frother until soft set.
- Pour this over the top of your coffee.
- Add sprinkles.
That’s it!
