Easy & Delicious Sugar Cookie Cold Brew

I’m going to tell you the truth: this is the first year I’ve tried sugar cookie drinks. I know, I know, it’s embarrassing, but it just didn’t sound appealing to me. Then, Dutch Bros released the Sugar Cookie Chai and it looks so delicious, so I had to try it.

And, now, well, I’m converted. I love sugar cookie. I even picked up my own sugar cookie syrup to make them at home, that’s how often I want sugar cookie drinks.

So, today I’m going to share a shockingly simple, but totally delicious sugar cooke cold brew that takes minutes to make. There are plenty of ways to customize this, and I’ll be sharing several options with you.

Let’s make some sugar cookie drinks!

Sugar Cookie Cold Brew: Ingredients

You don’t need much to make this, but it depends on which version you’re going to make. Here’s what I used:

  • Sugar Cookie Syrup – The star of the show, no doubt. I used Kyya Chocolate’s syrup, but there are other things you can use. Get 10% off with my code: WHATTHEFROTHKYYA10. I’ve also heard that Torani’s Cupcake Syrup is what Dutch Bros uses. Also, you can make your own sugar cookie syrup with a handful of ingredients. Check out this homemade sugar cookie syrup here.
  • Cold Brew Coffee – I prefer Stok. I buy several bottles a week. It’s the best cold brew I’ve tried. You can also make your own cold brew with ground cofffee and water soaked overnight. Or, you can use iced coffee. If you prefer the taste of a latte, then you’ll want to use 2 espresso shots and about 1 cup of your milk of choice. Milk and espresso is how lattes are made.
  • Heavy Cream – If you like creamier coffee- the color of the photo right above this, then add 2 tablespoons of heavy cream to your cold brew and stir. You can use milk alternatives here as well. You can also leave this out. I’m sharing pictures with and without it so you can see the difference in the color.
  • Whipped Cream – It’s not necessary, but highly encouraged. Who doesn’t love whip cream?
  • Toppings – I used fun sprinkles, because it just reminded me of sugar cookies. Use whatever speaks to you.

That’s it! You don’t need any fancy tools if you’re using cold brew, which makes it even easier and almost no cleanup. I am using affiliate links here, which means if you make a purchase through my links, I might make a commission at no cost to you.
