6 New Starbucks Iced Coffee Drinks To Try

starbucks iced coffee drinks to try

This summer, I have been on the go and in full mom-chaffeur mode. I’m not complaining, well – except about the heat – which has been insufferable. One way I treat myself when I’m feeling drained by the summer heat and the exhaustion of not having any break from the kids is to drive through for an iced cold frothy coffee drink. I know it’s a splurge (and some people on Instagram feel the need to constantly remind me of this) but that $7 coffee is a lot cheaper than therapy. Let me live, lol.

But, this summer, I’ve been wanting to mix it up a little. Since I try so many coffee drinks, and love making my own at home, I’ve been trying and creating iced coffee drinks that aren’t even on the menu – mixing and matching different syrups and sauces to create new drinks I like even more. One of these drinks has gone viral on Instagram and gotten over 1 million views! Crazy!

So, I’m starting this post with the Starbucks iced coffee drinks I’ve already created, with the hopes that I’ll come back and keep adding to it as I create more. If you want to see the drinks I order in real time, follow me on Instagram! If you’re looking for something new to try, this is the post for you!

New Starbucks Iced Coffee Drinks:

1. The Million View Coffee: Iced White Toffee Nut Shaken Espresso

I’m a huge fan of shaken espressos, because they have a light, frothy texture that is delicious, but you can also order this as a latte if you prefer it to have a more milky texture. Here’s the recipe if you are ordering it as I did:

Iced venti shaken espresso with 3 pumps white mocha sauce, 2 pumps toffee nut syrup, no classic syrup, oatmilk, and vanilla sweet cream cold foam on top.

Friends, let me tell you, I think this is a new favorite! It’s so good! If you’re changing this to a latte, just as for an “iced latte with…” and use the rest of the ingredients as described above.

2. Iced Vanilla Toffee Nut Shaken Espresso:

Continuing on my toffee nut obsession (it’s so good!), I created this one which reminded me so much of the old Toasted Vanilla Shaken Espresso that has been removed from the menu since they discontinued the toasted vanilla syrup! Here’s how to order:

Iced venti shaken espresso with 3 pumps vanilla, 2 pumps toffee nut, and oatmilk. No classic syrup.

You can add vanilla cold foam to the top if you want it creamier and sweeter!

3. Iced Cinnamon Vanilla Shaken Espresso:

Cinnamon syrup and coffee are one of my favorite pairings! If you like the cinnamon dolce latte, you’ve gotta try this! Here’s how to order it:

Iced venti shaken espresso with 3 pumps cinnamon dolce syrup, 2 pumps vanilla syrup, oatmilk and vanilla sweet cream cold foam. Delicious!

4. Iced Caramel Vanilla Shaken Espresso:

Is there anything better than caramel and vanilla together? This is a Starbucks version of the beloved Dutch Bros Golden Eagle. Here’s what to say:

Iced venti shaken espresso with no classic, 2 pumps caramel sauce, and 4 pumps vanilla syrup and oatmilk. Top with vanilla sweet cream cold foam.

5. Iced Caramel Cinnamon Dolce Shaken Espresso:

Oh boy, this one was so good! A combination that really did taste like the Milky Way candy bar! I was so surprised! Here’s how to order:

Iced venti shaken espresso with 2 pumps vanilla, caramel sauce in the cup, oatmilk, and chocolate cold foam on top. No classic syrup.

That’s the drinks I’ve created or tried this summer so far. I have a few more ideas that I’m going to order before the kids go back to school, so stay tuned for more.
