How To Make The Starbucks White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew

I had this amazing epiphany the other day. I was craving the Starbucks White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew and trying to think of reasonable ways to go get one, when it occurred to me that I actually might have everything I need to make it at happen.

So, to make sure, I asked my brother who is a trainer at Starbucks and sure enough – the ingredient list was easier and shorter than I thought. I even had an old Starbucks cup I could use to get the measurements just right.

And, I’m here to tell you friends, it doesn’t suck to recreate your faves at home. Because you can control exactly how sweet you want, how much ice you want, how much cream you want. If you love this Starbucks drink, then try this recipe at home and make sure to let me know how much you love it.

Starbucks White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew Ingredients:

Here’s what I used to recreate this drink at home.

  • Cold Brew – You will get the closest to the actual drink by using Starbucks ready made cold brew, which you can buy at most stores now. The unsweetened cold brew will be the best bet. I had Stok on hand, so that’s what I used.
  • White Chocolate Sauce – I had KYYA brand, which is made in small batches and shipped fresh. It has a lovely flavor and texture that works amazing with drinks. You can use any white chocolate sauce for similar results. Get 10% off their already affordable syrups and sauces with my code: WHATTHEFROTHKYYA10
  • Macadamia Nut Syrup – I actually had this already! My recent KYYA shipment had this syrup and I was ecstatic. It has a really delicious, but concentrate flavor, so make sure to follow my amounts below for your first try. After that, you can add more or less depending on preferences, but this has a stronger flavor than something like a vanilla syrup.
  • Heavy Cream – for your cold foam
  • Milk of choice – won’t need much, pretty much anything works here
  • Ice – Ice, ice, baby

As for tools, you’ll just need a hand frother or milk frother of some kind and you’re in business. Now that you’ve got what you need, let’s do this:

  1. Add 2 tbsp. macadamia nut syrup to a cup
  2. Add one cup of cold brew
  3. Add one cup of ice
  4. In a separate glass, add 4 tbsp. heavy cream, 2 tbsp. milk of choice, and 1 tbsp. white chocolate sauce and 1/2 tbsp. macadamia nut syrup and froth
  5. Froth for about 20 seconds until soft set
  6. Pour over
  7. You can top with toppings if you like, but I like it without.

That’s it, folks. Easy peasy, and it tastes so much like the original – if not better. I’m not kidding. I’ve made it two days in a row already and will probably make it again tomorrow.
