Yup, we went there. We’ll defend it until the end. This is the best Dutch Bros rebel flavor ever and – spoiler alert – it’s not on the menu or even the secret menu.
This is a delightful little combination that a broista recommended one random day that was so hot I thought my skin was melting off my body. I literally felt like a human rotisserie. The thought of adding coffee and creamer into my body made my stomach turn – so I asked, okay fine – pleaded – with the broista to hook me up with the best tasting rebel flavor ever.
I ordered a medium blended version of his recommendation and it blew my mind. But, not only me – I loved it so much I had to stop by my cousin’s work and have her try it. She loved it, too. Then, I shared some with some other people living in my house and the concensus was the same: this drink was BOMB.COM and is the best Rebel we have ever tried.
So, what’s in this magical concoction? I’m going to tell you:
The Best Dutch Bros Rebel Flavor Ever:
This cup of sunshine is made with the Rebel energy drink base and four syrups: Peach, Pomegranate, Passion Fruit and Mango. Or, you can say Peach, Pom, Passion & Mango for short.
It tastes like a trip to Hawaii – like a vacation in a cup – like the perfect juice blend. I like to get mine blended and it tastes like the perfect adult slushie.
I’ve tried a lot of rebel flavors and this is by far my favorite – and also the fave of every person I’ve recommended it to. The only person who may not be as ecstatically happy with this as we are is someone who likes more sour flavors. There are some Rebels that taste like a sour jolly rancher and if that’s your jam, you’ll probably like this, but maybe not love it.
In fact, if you try this and you DON’T like it, I’d love to hear from you, so I can learn why you didn’t like it and what Rebels you like more.
What’s In The Rebel at Dutch Bros?
Curious what exactly is in the Dutch Bros Rebel energy drinks? I got you booboo. The Rebel is their own line of energy drinks that comes in a variety of flavors and you can also create your own Rebel drink using any one of their syrups, regular or sugar-free, and their plain Rebel base.
How much caffeine is in the Dutch Bros Rebel:
According to their site, a can of Rebel contains 80mg of caffeine and 116 calories in one 8.4oz can. This puts the caffeine content above a can of Coke, but below a Monster Energy drink.
The good news? If you like a little kick, but don’t need Monster Energy levels of caffeine – you’ll love it. If you’re looking for more – you’ll want to stick with a triple shot espresso to get you through that 24-hour shift.
Rebel Energy Drink Flavors:
You can (and people do) create their own Rebel drinks, but if you’re looking for an easier option, you can choose from their popular Rebel concoctions, including:
But, it doesn’t stop there. You can go right here to the DB page to see a looong list of other options, including Fire Lizard, Gummy Bear, The Vampire Slayer and Unicorn Blood.
Yup, those are real names of real drinks you can actually order at DB.
Or, you can skip all that and let us do the work for you. Just read our post with the 5 best Rebel flavors ever here.
How Is The Rebel?
I’m pretty sensitive to getting jittery and anxious from energy drinks that are too strung, but I didn’t have any issues with the Rebel at all. I think because I drink so much coffee, the caffeine content was similar, so I didn’t have any adverse reactions.
If you want to try it – you could always start with a small or even start with a blended option to soften the effects of the caffeine.
I am so excited that I tried the Peach, Pom, Passion, Mango Rebel. It’s my new favorite on a hot day when you want something refreshing and delicious, without being heavy on the stomach or full of cream.
